Supervision is a confidential space for Spiritual Directors to practice a regular rhythm of accountability in their vocation.  Directors see a supervisor so that another experienced soul can provide scaffolding for understanding themselves more fully, as well as gain greater compassion for their directees. 

In supervision, we see the image of God in director and directee, watching for the best way to honor each one’s humanity. Believing in a Triune God, we enter into this communal space as a way to see refining, freedom, joy and clarity.

We will listen together for Spirit’s guidance as we notice your layers as well as the complexities that come with your directees. We will hold both with compassion and love.

We will follow a structure that allows for flexibility, working with prepared forms* and exploring a focus question in each session.

We will notice together opportunities for tending by your own spiritual director or therapist. 

We will make space for silence. We will make space for the Spirit. 

While I am in Supervision Training, you will pay $50/session (55min). After June 2025, I will raise my rate to $100/session.

You are expected to fill out and return these forms to Alyssa at least 3 days prior to your session.
